RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Apparel by Deeone, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’ve got you covered. Please read the details below so you know how returns and refunds work.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In the original packaging with tags attached

    • Free from stains, perfume, or damage

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Preordered Items

  • Jewelry (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings)

  • Intimate wear (e.g., underwear, swimwear, bodysuits)

  • Clearance and final-sale items

3. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded as store credit or exchange (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Refunds do not cover shipping costs.

  • Store credits never expire and can be applied to future purchases.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed if the requested size or style is available.

  • If the item is out of stock, you may choose store credit instead.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at cs@apparelbydeeone.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping).

7. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
